When you join the Construction Management Association of America, you'll find yourself in a position to access all of CMAA's great Owner member benefits. As North America's only organization dedicated exclusively to the interests of the professional Construction and Program Management industry, CMAA gives Owners a platform to discuss today's construction market with CM professionals. Membership at CMAA continues to skyrocket in the last few years, nearly doubling since 2004. A large part of CMAA's growth is due to the increase in Owner members, such as General Electric, Constellation Energy, the U.S. General Service Administration, the U.S. Postal Service and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Owners enjoy the lowest membership rate: $120/year for an Owner Individual and $1,200 for an Owner Organization, which includes 12 memberships!
