Ms. Flaherty, CCM, LEED AP, is a Senior Associate and Director of Business Development for STV’s Construction Division, responsible for generating work for the firm’s construction practice. She has worked as a general contractor, construction manager, and owner’s representative for the non-profit, private and public sectors with project values ranging from $1 million to $175 million.

Christine Keville, FCMAA, Keville Enterprises Ms. Keville is President & Chief Executive Officer of Keville Enterprises, Inc. (KEI). She has over 20 years experience on major projects involving buildings, pipe lines, bridges, highways, tunnels, transit & rail, airports and telecommunications construction. Throughout her career, she has worked on numerous projects totaling over $16 billion dollars in value. As the founder and incorporator of KEI, she is accountable for the overall coordination, direction and supervision of this 135 person CM firm spanning throughout nine offices across the nation.

Henry M. Koffman, P.E., University of Southern California
Mr. Koffman is Director of the Construction Engineering and Management Program at the University of Southern California and Senior Lecturer in Civil and Environmental Engineering. In 2005, he received a distinguished faculty award, a faculty honor for outstanding service. As a licensed Professional Engineer, Mr. Koffman performed structural inspections, structural retrofit design, construction estimates, and construction management services.
Since 1997, Mr. Koffman has served as a member of CMAA's Board of Directors and CMAA's Foundation. In 2007, he started working with the International Committee and formed CMAA's Student Chapter at USC. Mr. Koffman has lectured in Korea, China, Turkey, Greece, Thailand and Taiwan.
